* Homeroom teachers will keep track of the MLTI laptops assigned to them.

* Any staff can fill out the ticket just use the homeroom teacher labeled on the laptop

* If you believe the issue can be repaired without sending the laptop in, you don't need to fill out a ticket. You can just send the student to my office with the laptop (you may want to try ext 212 1st as I'm in and out most of the day). If it needs to be sent in I will fill out the ticket myself with the homeroom teacher's information.

* If you know the laptop will need to be sent in, fill out a repair ticket and after have the student drop the laptop off in the office

* The homeroom teacher will be responsible for letting the student know when the laptop is repaired (you will get emails letting you know)

* Students will pick up the laptops from the office.
