Directions and Parking: Camden Hills Regional High School is located on the north side of Route 90 in Rockport. Maine, two miles east of Route17, one mile west of Route 1. Ample parking is available. Please call ahead to make arrangements for equipment load-in and parking for trucks and buses.

Venue Type: Proscenium theater - no balcony. Auditorium seating is American style with a raked floor. See seating plan for more details.

-House curtain is rigged on lineset #2 and can be tabbed but not flown. The curtain is red velour.
-There are no stage floor traps.
Dressing Rooms: There are two dressing rooms located directly behind the stage on the same level off of the Black Box Theater. Each room is equipped with a full-sized ADA compliant shower and rest room, mirrors and counter for makeup. Each room can accommodate approximately 8 performers. No "star" dressing rooms are available. The Black Box generally handles any overflow.
Green Room: The Black Box serves as the Green Room.

Stage Lighting: The system consists of 164 ETC Sensor 2.4kw dimmers
-Control is an ETC Express 48/96. No RFU is available, but the console may be operated from a number of locations in the theater including backstage.
-There are no front-of-house transfers.
-Full inventory of ETC Source Four ERS, PAR 64's, and 6" Fresnels.
-Lighting positions and circuits are indicated on theater ground plan.
-The lighting control booth is located in the rear of the auditorium.
Stage Lighting Equipment Inventory
House Lighting System: -The system consists of both compact flourescent and incandescent lighting fixtures.
-All circuits are controlled by ETC Unison 2.4kw dimmers.
-Control of the system is available in the control booth and backstage right. Additional touch-pads are located by the house doors.
-Control for incandescent lights is also available via the stage lighting system with DMX address # 193-203.
House Sound System: -While the house is large, the acoustics are excellent and sound reinforcement can be kept to a minimum.
-The house sound system is a monaural center cluster system with four delayed fill speakers for the upper levels of the house. There are feeds backstage for additional left and right channels.
-Stage foldback moniter system with two pairs of Speakon connection points on stage driven by a 400w/ch QSC amp. The signal is fed to the system from the aux outputs #1 and #2 on the house mix console. These outputs simultaneously feed back stage XLR-M connector point to allow the use of powered monitors and aux outputs #3 and #4 may be configured as additional monitor feeds via the patch bay and tie-line infrastructure. Two E/V Force 12 passive monitors are available.
-The house sound system has a useable frequency bandwidth of 40-16,000Hz and a dynamic range of over 97db across the entire bandwidth.
-Full audio fidelity is available to untrained users via the Auto-mix system provided by a Shure SM-810 auto-mixer which is fed by 6 unique mic lines and two Telex wireless mics.
-A complete two-channel Clear-Com intercom is available with connection points throughout the theater and its supporting spaces. See below for inventory.
-Stage monitor system which is fed by the house sound system provides monitoring in the Black Box, Music and Chorus Rooms, and the Stagecraft Room. Please not that this system is only fed by the house sound system; there is no provision for a stage monitor microphone.
-The sound control booth is located in the rear of the auditorium. An additional house mix location is available in the center of the house. All mic, output, intercom, and source connections are available at the house mix location. Please note that if this location is used, the control booth location is not usable due to the interconnect lines to the house mix location.

Rigging: -The theater is not equipped with a grid iron, pin rails, or loading rails. There are no provisions for spot line rigging.
-Linesets are controlled from either back stage right or stage left from stage level.
-All linesets are 60' long with 8 hoist cables with 1,000 lb. t-track guided arbors.
-There are no provisions for rigging points for chain motors, etc.
Electrical Service: 400A 3-phase 208V service is available. There are also 2 single- phase 208V x 50A range plug receptacles (NEMA #14-50).
Hearing Assistance System: The house sound system is connected to a Williams Sound hearing assistance syatem utilizing a Williams sound PPA-T4 FM transmitter to a maximum of nine available Williams Sound PPA-R7-6 FM receivers. The transmitter receives an audio signal from the house mixing console and broadcasts it via a low- power FM carrier signal. The antenna is mounted on the front wall of the Control Booth.
House Video System: -Six camera positions available along the front of the stage, backstage, and in the house with video and communications connections to the Control Booth and the Video Control/Edit room.
-Video projector may be located in either Control Booth or house mix location.
-Video projector (not supplied) may be fed by either the VTR, CATV, other aux sources via video tie-lines, or through an available VGA adapter located either in the Control Booth, house mix position or at the front of the stage.
-There are twelve video tie lines that connect the Control Booth with backstage left and right and the house mix location. These BNC connections are fed to a video patch bay in the Control Room.
-The current available equipment is as follows:

-A motorized projection screen is located at Lineset #4. The screen is controlled from off stage right and the Control Room.
Box Office/House Management: -The Box Office is located just to the left of the main entrance to the auditorium (on your left as you enter the building through the main entrance).
-The Box Office is equipped with one ticket window, intercom/monitor, and computer network connections.
-Box Office and house management staff are responsibility of the producing organization. Theater management can provide with prior arrangement, a full front-of-house staff. The producing organization will be charged for these services. Arrangements for these services need to be made in advance.
