How to Register:
Call Us:(207)236-7800x274. We will be happy to complete your registration by telephone using MasterCard, VISA or Discover. Please have all of your information ready.
Write: Complete the registration form above and mail in your registration. Please include a personal check or money order (payable to 5 Town CSD Adult Ed), or fill in your MasterCard, VISA or Discover Information. Our mailing address is:
Come In: Register in person at our office at Camden Hills Regional High School located at 25 Keelson Drive, Rockport. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 11 - 8 p.m. and Friday 9-1, when classes are in session. Hours are subject to change, so feel free to call first.
Fax: Register anytime by faxing your registration to us at (207)230-1059. Please be sure to include your MasterCard, VISA or Discover information.
General Registration Information:
Registration & Fees:
Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payment may be made by cash, check, money order, MasterCard, VISA or Discover. Cash payments are accepted in person only. your place in class is held only with full payment. Late registrations are accepted where space is available.
Senior Citizen Discount:
Students over the age of 65 pay only one half of the listed course fee. This does not apply to any material or textbook fees.
Refund Policy:
100% will be refunded if we cancel a course. 100% minus a $5 processing fee will be refunded if a student withdraws before the first session. No refunds are made after a class has started. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the Program Director.
