The Horizons Programs for Gifted and Talented Students in MSAD 28, which include the schools of Rockport Elementary School (RES) and Camden Rockport Middle School (CRMS), are educational opportunities for identifying, nurturing, and sustaining exceptional intellectual, academic and artistic ability from grades three through eight.
